A leading strategic and business advisor, Allison brings together a wealth of global, legal, public policy, and management expertise gleaned from 30 years of experience.
Most recently she served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel-North America for Philip Morris International (the senior market counsel for the U.S., Canada, Swedish Match US, and Vectura Inc.). Previously, she was the Deputy Administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA) – the agency’s Chief Operating Officer – where she directly oversaw a wide range of C-Suite functions, as well as an array of agency-wide initiatives. Earlier, she served as Associate Administrator of the Office of Government-wide Policy at GSA, with a focus on encouraging agencies across the federal government to develop and utilize the best, most cost-effective management practices.
The breadth of her background also includes roles as General Counsel, and de facto Chief Operating Officer, for a leading federal advisory services provider; a series of senior positions at the World Bank; and three-plus years as Deputy General Counsel for a major U.S. political party, where she specialized in employment and contract law as well as federal election law.
